We work with the pelvis, clearing and opening the hips; anchoring, and growing into our roots. From the roots, we explore the energy that flows from earth to sky, unfolding as lightness and space

~ We will be working with the energies of the moon, seasons & cycles, with Nature's wisdom & practices to attune with Mother Earth
~ The practices are suitable for all, and all are welcome
~ Practice yoga at home, guided by an experienced yoga teacher and holistic therapist.

 Yoga is a pathway that guides us inwards, to grow in self awareness, attunement with our body, mastery of our minds. Through practice we meet ourselves; we learn to witness, accept, yield, and let go. We grow in strength from within, and find our balance again.

The journey of yoga brings us into contact with places where we have tightened, closed down, been wounded, become weak, stiff, un-balanced.
The invitation is to return to presence - again, and again and again. In time, we come home to the breath; we soften into the fluid body; we opening into space and unfold from within.  

We practice with breath, asana (postures), sequence and flow, natural movement, attuning with stillness, earth, sky, spine and space...

The classes are for all, and you are equally welcome if you are experienced with yoga, or have little or no previous experience.
